Are current issues a PIA issue?

I see a few recent issues with connecting and I just started using Vuze so dissapointed in the issues.  Last few days been horrible trying to download and then all of a sudden last night everything started flying down.  I noticed a lot of SOCKS failures from PIA that I use so curious if the recent issues are Vuze or a PIA problem.  Some of the other issue threads mentioned slow issues and VPN use but not who.

Thoughts?
