Annoying pop-up every minute that goes off the screen so can't click ok or whatever!

Hi all, this appears every so many seconds and the only way to close is to click inside the message and hit enter. This only happens on one machine, and all my other machines run VUZE flawlessly. What could be wrong here? thx!

Perfect thx (deleted the file in \library\application support\vuze\plugins).
