The new 5.6 context menu is a Bad Idea. It's MUCH more complex than the previous context menu (and it's ugly). Ugly can be solved. Complexity, on the other hand, is bad. Software should become easier to use in general, not harder. More layers of menus, more navigation between the user and whatever s/he wants to do, is almost always the wrong design decision.
(Yes, I know, I can switch back to the older context menu design. Or at least I will be able to after the can't-switch-back bug is fixed. I'm not asking how to switch back. I'm commenting on design philosophy).
