Enable encryption on default

More and more providers are blocking or slwoing down P2P traffic. I understand that Vuze does not enable transport encryption on all clients as default because it will cost much serverside CPU resources.
But perhaps the Vuze client can automaticaly test if torrent traffic is delayed or not and then only enable transport encryption for clients using a network wich blocks torrent traffic. So encryption is only enabled on those clients wich need it.

Actually, that is pretty much how it already works, except for automatic detection .
Encryption is never really turned off, it is always available to peers who require it.
If you note, in the "transport encryption"-tab it says " require encrypted transport ".
This means that you get to decide if other peers send you the data encrypted or not ..
