NAT Problem

OS: Win 7 Home Premium
Java: 1.7.0_21
Vuze: 5.0
Firewall Soft: AVG 2012.0.2242
ISP: Verizon FIOS
Using a Router with Network Address Translation: I don't know
Wireless: No

Several other things
1) Router is Westell Ultraline Series 3 Model 9100EM
2) I am using a proxy with Vuze (BTguard)
3) I am not the most Tech savy of people so it could just be me missing a step in the NAT problem guide on the Wiki

Im pretty sure the router I have is UPnP capable
(When I change the port in vuze, I see an entry automatically show up in my routers port forwarding section)
here are the protocols
Azureus UPnP 49183 UDP - UDP Any -> 49183
Azureus UPnP 49183 TCP - TCP Any -> 49183

I have not set up the "Static IP"
I do not know if my router supports MAC Address binding, which is why I left this step alone
I attempted the other method of creating a static IP, but got hung up on finding the "Name Server"
All I get with "ipconfig" is IPv4 address; Subnet Mask; & Default Gateway

The root of my problem is navigating this router, if anyone is more familiar with it please let me know where to go and what to do.

AVG is set to "allow for all"
Name: VUZEBITTORRENTCLIENTINSTALLER.EXE
Path: C:\USERS\DAVID\DOWNLOADS\VUZEBITTORRENTCLIENTINSTALLER.EXE

I have gone as far as to disable my software firewall and lower routers firewall as low as it will let me for a few minutes just to see if that would give me green smileys, but no luck

*bold*Here are the "Errors" that vuze has given me*bold*

Failed to establish listen on port UDP:0.
Check that other applications aren't already using this port
also check if there is another copy of vuze running

Socks proxy "proxy.btguard.con:1025 check failed: Connect timeout

Listen server socket on [/0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:80] does not appear to be accepting inbound connections SOCKS: address type not supported Auto repairing listen service.....

Same message as last only the port changed from 80 to 49183

Please let me know if you need any more information
and thanks for any help

I have pretty much the same problem. I'm getting a few users, and 1 or 2 seeds for a couple of torrents with really slow speeds. I sometimes get the same error:

Failed to establish listen on port UDP:0.
Check that other applications aren't already using this port
also check if there is another copy of vuze running

I use an airport extreme, and BTguard. I tried changing to Torguard but that hasn't improved things at all. I've checked the NAT setting on the router, updated the firmware, and searched all over the net but I can't find a solution.

Same problem here.

Here's the port 0 connection list:
#> lsof -i UDP:0

locationd 68609 _locationd 4u IPv4 0x9fffe579026e0a07 0t0 UDP :

I can't believe that none of these apps should be opening UDP:0.

Is this error indicative of some other NAT type problem?

Only one copy running:

#> ps ax | grep -i vuze
67788 ?? S 2:02.56 /Applications/Vuze.app/Contents/MacOS/JavaApplicationStub -psn_0_9828703

FWIW this is a NAT'd config.
