I downloaded Vuze from a recommendation from a friend and he helped me set it up and I successfully downloaded two files and am very happy. the next time i tried to download something it was working at at the most 10kB/s which i think is pretty slow because it has been about 3 days and I still havent completely downloaded it. So it says I am supposed to post these specifics:
* Operating System and version: Mac OS X 10.5.8
* Java version: 10.4.0
* Azureus version: Not sure but I only downloaded it 2 weeks ago
* Firewall software + version: I dont even know what this means!!!
* Internet Service Provider and following information (if problem seems to be with connections): Time Warner Cable
* Using a Router with Network Address Translation? Yes
o If yes above, have you forwarded a port for Azureus? (See http://www.azureuswiki.com/index.php/NAT_problem): I have tried but i am not sure i know what to do.
* Using a Wireless Connection? yes
o If yes above, have you tried a wired connection instead? No but at this point i am willing to try anything
I dont really know much about computers and i cant find anything online specific to my mac or router. I have a time capsule which is a wireless router and also a wireless external hard drive. I would appreciate some step by step instructions here not just oh check out my website. Because ive been searching and read just about every website out there and i havent gotten anything to work.
Thanks

1. I went to the website and I did not see my router listed.
2. The torrent says it was created on January 20, 2009.
3. I am not sure what that means but under seeds it says 0(0)
4. On the bar where it shows the download progress it says the upload speed is 0 but down in the bottom right corner of the window it says 22K* 0 B/s I have no idea what that means

Thanks for helping me

If you have no seeds, then there is no way to download it.

Ok. I canceled the download and started another one which is still giving me the yellow face on the left. I tried plugging my computer directly into my cable modem and I did the NAT test in the help menu on Vuze and it said OK!!! I was so excited!! but then my downloads wouldnt work. I got gray faces and the seeds said 0(some number around 20-30). How do I make it work?
