I'm at a project, where i need to get the TTL of the messages that are send from any peer.

I alreaddy can get the peers, and the corresponding IP+Port, and try to do ping, but impossible to get TTL, firewall blocked.

Anyone can help me on this?

Thanks in advance

try to get it via TCP-based pings instead of ICMP ones. That's assuming they have an open port for incoming peer connections. you can't really measure the IP TTL for compltely firewalled/nated peers. well, unless you sniff the TTL from incoming packets.
