Plug a USB into the PC, the other end into the PSP's USB slot. Scroll to the left in your PSP and find "USB MODE" and turn it on. You will now get a pop-up on your PC. Or open MY COMPUTER and the PSP window and then the MUSIC folder. Now drag and drop your music folders into that folder. Its gotta end up like this:

E:\PSP\MUSIC[band name][song name.mp3]

thats all it should take.

for game ISO/USO its the same but in the games folder, and you will have to have custom firmware installed to play them. Also if the games wont start up try putting any game disc in the slot and boot the game up again, I dont know why, but sometimes I have to have a UMD in the drive to play a bootlegged game. Remember that the files have to be in a subfolder inside the main folder or the PSP wont see them.

E:\PSP\GAMES[game name][game.iso]
