I have recently received this error when converting an .MKV file into an MP4 file for play on my Xbox 360. I have read up on some of it and come to the conclusion my Java memory is full up. Now... when it comes to Java, I'm lost at sea. I have no clue how to empty the memory or even if that is the right explanation for this error. Ultimately, it frustrates me completely. I know of no way to fix it and upon finding an already current thread on the forums about it with absolutely no answers, I'm even more frustrated. Can someone give me any answers as to what's occuring here?

AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 5000+ 2.61 Ghz processor
2.00 GB of RAM
250 GB HD

I'd go as far as saying you could increase the value up to 1024MB easily based on the system description from the original post.
